Dhruv, 05 Jan 2016I cant turn my phone on after switching it off,only the fou... moreIts a booting problem. Turnoff ur fon, wait a min to closedown all the apps, out the battery and sim for 3-4 mins and reassemble them. If the prob persists, visit mmax srvce cntr.

Nothing happens when tapping on " DOWNLOAD UPDATE " button,
It is showing the same message "This software update...............cause additional charges" again and again..
What should I do ?, Please solve my problem .

AnonD-471394, 31 Dec 2015what are the problems sir ?At 1st it was a boot-failure problem, sent to Delhi via mmax local srvc cntr under warranty and after 47 dys they Retrnd it! Since I'v enquired and requstd 2wice to return my fon early, so they Returned It by Damaging the Charging Unit + Power button + multi scratch mrks on skrn protector. And to rectify these, the mmax srvc cntr sent it Dlhi, telling me to enquire aftr 45 dys b'cos, there ARE many fons to do, othr than Mine! ~ mmax ... Nothing like anything ... Yeah, my precious TIME .. Thnx Sir.

Hello everybody,
I'm using dis mobile for past 1year. Its really a wonderful mobile. Before purchasing dis mobile i had huge confusion on buying a good mobile. I surfed through all websites for reviews. Later i found a mobile with very good rate n feature. Its a pure android product and it has many special features. When i bought it was 4.4.4 kitkat version now it was 6.1 marshmallow. For 2 years you will get automatic update. Don't look at the negative comments. If you wanna buy a decent mobile with good price. Please go for it. Android one will rock.

I've used it Only for 3 months and after that its visiting service center and rested for 1 and 1/2 months there and returns to me with new Problems .... Again sending to service center for 1 and 1/2 months ... Waiting .. and returned faulty, after 2-3 days again sent and now Waiting to receive Newer Problem ...
Had I purchased from Other makes, I'm sure for my Set have been Replaced but it's Micromax .. its Different! My valuable Time & money gone with the Wind!

So to solve that, you switch off your phone and charge the phone fully. This will save the battery time for some days, again u should follow this. I am doing this and battery is pretty good!!!
