dear aman, iam using micromax A1.got an automatic updation to 6.0 marshmallow. iam unable to download necessory apps because system space shortage .even the external memory has sufficient space , i cannot move apps to it.please help to solve my problem

If u CLEAN INSTALL the new update i.e. reset the phone before & after the update without any personal data on the phone It will install properly..But if u do DIRTY INSTALLATION i.e. u install new system(Marshmallow) without deleting data from previous system(lollipop) it will give errors as storage system on Marshmallow is entirely Different from Lollipop.
So Take Backup of Data on SD card while using Lollipop and then update the phone and after updating reset the phone/Wipe Cache Partition once or twice to remove bugs in system after new update.

got an automatic system update to android 6.0 marshmallow. all is good but cannot change apps to external memory.so internal memory is almost full, system space shortage,while external memory with sufficient space. i cannot down load some basic apps due to insufficient space. before this updation i can easily move so many apps to external memory .please advise how to solve this problem
