Sridhar, 01 Sep 2015Bought this mobile yesterday only..Not able to download app... moreMake sure u have sd card. If u don't have sd card and that too empty or formated (ie if u had used it with other Android phone then u need to delete old Android App data before using it in this phone) then Buy Sd card....And if u have sd Card but still facing problem of downloading App from Play store then Remove ur Google Account from phone and then restart the phone and reinstate Google Account.

this phone is great..bt there is no file manager and cnt send songs...and sometimes some apps automatically get stopped..and only one question is dis phone is uogradeable to any android version.and how 2 get to the kitkat
