Please help meeeHi Nirmal,
If your internet (GPRS/3G) also not working, try to reset you APN setting which is under Mobile Network Settings - Access Point Names - Click on 3 dots - Reset APN settings and restart you phone. I hope it works.

press volume down + power button at the same time. then it will take a screenshot of the current display and then go to the
Computer\Micromax AQ4501\SD card\Pictures\Screenshots so you can see your screenshot.
