Service center , Prince Communication Lucknow ,is pathetic and could not even find the problem even after a month. The replacement I got is facing the same issue. Probably , the set could not bear a 4G sim although it claims to be specified for 4G. This is a case for consumer court I guess.

guys its shuts off automatically without showing any logo just you are working and gone and doesnt get on until you plugin its a major problem

The charging hour of the battery is very long and the battery performance is not good and its touch senser is very weak

standing under tower will not get u network......... it's a proven fact of telecom.......

Waste of money. very poor network even if your standing under tower itself. i am not able to make a single call from my handset, it is connecting sometime but takes too much time.

The phone says its internal memory is 8GB, but while checking it shows only 4GB.
The touch sensor is very week, especially one switches from Samsung to Micromax, we feel the difference.
So many inbuilt programs are installed, which consumes a lot of memory.
Not recommended, waste of money. Spend a little more and buy a brand phone.

Its battery life is too sort .its hang every time while playing games online. ..it became hot very very hot uoto 65degree
