Deep, 04 May 2016its right i have also same problem The screen rotates from potrait to landscape mode but not vice versa. Is it? It is the problem of proximity sensor. You also face problem while calling,the screen will goes off when you take it near to ear but the screen will not wake up when you move away the phone from ear. So you have to press the power button to unlock screen and end the call. For that reason call duration becomes lengthy and call charge too. My suggestion is to turn on "Power button ends call" option in settings >accessibility. It will end call directly if you press power button in stead of unlocking the screen

Rohit, 01 May 2016any idea how to transfer app from internal.memory to sd card?Use Es file explorer. Move or delete files from SD card. If promoted for permission grant it by selecting "Show sd card and then select SD card"

I don't know how to connect my phone to PC a... moreAre you using sp flash tool to update software?Did you install android USB driver? If yes then try again to update software from start.. Load the scatter file in flash tool.. Now choose download only and press download. Now connect the phone with computer by USB cable. It will start flashing. After success a green ring will appear saying ok. Now turn on the phone. After start up the the phone will start to encrypt. Be patient. After that phone set up screen will appear. If you are not using sp flash tool then try it with USB driver installed. If no success in your computer try friend's computer.. Cz sometimes driver problem occurs while flashing.that's why device can not be detected by computer. Don't forget to install driver in your friend's computer. Link for USB driver

The latest build is 0.2.1..you have to update it manually by flashing. I have already given the link. I'm quite sure that the auto touch issue will be no more after update

If ur build no is MMX_A107_SW_V0.1.5_HW_V1.0_040215 then the problem is obvious. Micromax solved this problem a year ago. Update ur firmware to the latest build which is MMX_A107_SW_V0.2.1_HW_V1.0_130515 and to do this no need to go to service center. Just need to download a file around 700 mb and u can update manually by sp flash tool. Download link https://userscloud.com/xaqzz4qsswrf

so bad !!! first time trust, and i think it is last. I purchase a micromax phone A107 last year. first look marvals, but this is Bad Bad Bad phone............Problems Unbelievable..... when I on my Data in this phone many file automatically open. after this I open any aplication but open other application automatically....... phone automatically work when data on....... I went 3 time in micromax care but nothing batter solution........... when i increase this volume its down,,,,,,,

this phone is very bad ....after using the normal suffering for 20-25 minutes in chrome its starts overheating too much even i have install three apps of cooling but nothing work....i thought its due to app i uninstll all my three or 4 apps what i had its again heating to much in 25 min without having apps,games ..if i have apps o games this ph is burst....abt service centre is very very poor i tell them about the heating problem they only update software nt even check the problem why its overheating and saying very simply sir its due to suffering..so guys please dont purchase this fuck micromax canvas fire 4 fuck phone i waste my money 7100/- this indian micromx company only copy the ph looks nt technology
