The worst Micromax phone i have ever used...
this Phone have a number of issues ...such as hanging, heating,slow processing ,internal memory...and one more intresting thing wid dis phone is ..it has 8GB of ROM and the almost 4GB of ROM is reserved for their android and their pre-installed application... and the user have only 2.5GB of ROM for them.... and when you want to update your pre-install app ..the first thing you have to do is to choose the app that which app you want to update because you have only 2.5GB of ROM for their pre install apps updation...
from another side you have only 2.5GB of ROM on you new phone...
this phone of micromax sinked the entire name of it...the name which they earn in few years...
i would like to sujjest the company to take back the model(MICROMAX Q412 FIRE+)
and maintain their costumer...
as a costumer i m never going to buy any micromax product after experiencing this product ....

I gifted this mobile to someone; shamefully & shockingly terrible phone this is, hanging, heading, abnormal battery drainage and last but not the least - battery is swollen within 7 months of usage and needs replacement.

I did a great mistake in purchasing Micromax Q412. It is very very slow, overheating quite often.

With much delight I bought a Micromax Q412 4G few months back, but to my utter dismay the same is running very very slow. I see people around me use other mobiles such as MI within the same range or less than Q412 and they perform very well. I had a great faith on Micromax products hitherto. The company people should take note of this and if possible withdraw all these phones from its customers and replace them with good ones if goodwill and reputation of the company matter to them.

pls don't buy this mobile because over heat and total internal memory just 4gb only including system usage 2gb and anymore update not available very very worst mobile
