I purchased micro max fire 5 q386 dated 25.03.2016 and problem create dated 26.08.2016 i noticed that company dispatched your phone without any perfect checking when i used phone after purchasing the phone will not ringing when i called then i go the retailer M/S Mahashakti enterprieses haldwani he told me the phone will be repairing for mircomax services center then i go there and i am facing Hugh problem no any hearing my problem and no cop ration they told me for waiting 3-4 hour .why i am waiting and why i accepted repaired phone i am totally unidentified from customer care services center haldwani why not give me d.o by hand .when he is not able for solved the problem why taking franchise .

I brought this phone and the problem iam facing i out going volume.After resetting the volume only then i could hear the voice frm other side
but they can hear my vice.
I dont know the settings...Am i done any settings wrongly??

price high coz spark 3 at 5000/- rs coms with same specs and also ed gorilla glass and this one 6200/- not with gorilla glass....
also lenovo k5 plus at 6999/- rs just 800/- rs more then this one coms with dolby speakars 13+5 mp cam 2 gb ram and 1.4 ghz snapdragon processor.... with bigger btry and btry bcp.
remembr that lenovo is bigger brand then micromax.
think urself..... this phone is on very high price tag.this one needs atleast 1000/- rs price cut instantly.

o m g... tr is no review on u tube.nothing by any user or nathing by any one from gjt to use and other prof reviwers.....
i dont know y... but atleast micromax shoud provide a full review online so ppl can see it and its
shopkeepr wants to fill the asking amount and after prepairing a bill they let to see hold t phone.how is it possible.only online is answer and nothing is tr online..........

Hi! This is a good fine really. The price is low, nice front cam is gud. But the only thing is DAT its a bit heavy. On an over all its FAB!!!!!

I have changed 4 different type of mobiles in 1 month ( Lava Fuel F1, Samsung grand prime 4g, samsung J6 and Htc Desire) due to various issues. Finally my search got end here.
Here is some pros and cons:
Pros:
1- Large display 5.5
2- Android 6.0 ( More user friendly than 5.1)
3- User memory more than 10 Gb
4- Battery is average
5- No heating and hanging issue so far.
6- Less price ( 5999) i brought from local shop.
Cons:
1- Ram should be 2 Gb
2- Battery should be 3000 mah
3- Camera is not good.
