My juice 2 is not showing incoming calls it only rings ....after that when I click on phone button it shows "click here to return to the call in progress" please help me :

The worst mobile that I ever use.screen goes white in first use. Need to restart every time. Quick heating. Battery draining fast. Now a days battery life ends in 15 mins after full charge using wifi. Also phone ringing volume have complaints. Please don't buy this mobile.
