i bought the micromax canvas juice-2 3 month back.
i had gone four times for the same screen touch problem but the problem is still same.
they already replaced the mobile screen & battery.
very worst experience with the best tech service center in gurgaon.

I purchased Micromax Canvas Juice 2 AQ5001 six months back. Operating system is failed often. White screen appears after the phone is charged. Service Centre people talk about memory card problem instead of looking into functioning system of the phone. I am not satisfied with this model. I purchased it over credit card for an amount of Rs. 9000/-

1 download kingroot v4.5 and root your mobile
2 dowmload custom recovery like cwm and flash your custom recovery
3 now download beta super su zip and su apk and intall apk
4 disable kingroot aap
5 go in recovery and install beta su zip
6 reebot u r phone
7 now open su apk and go to settings and unstall the other super user aap like kingroot.
8 once reboot ur phone your device aq5001 is successfully rooted with supersu...:-) enjoy

Have any one of you tried installing HDFC Netbanking app?
After successful installation, The first screen come up and then a blank white screen appears. I have tried re installing multiple times and also did a factory reset but still the same issue persist.
