I bought this phone 3 months ago and used. This phone has some worst problems like different colour showing and sometimes hang for some games. But its another qualities are good. After some month the colour showing problem disappear and becomes good.

please if u buy this phone read it carefully
1. it has unremovable battery
2. battery is 3000 mah but works only 1 day with Internet
3. sound quality is too power.
4. available ram is only 400 or500 mb.
5. phone hang 2 or 3 times daily and then u can't do anything because battery is unremovable.
6. if u r unlucky and the grace of God your phone get problems service center behavior like terrorist.
i share this because i bought this 2 month ago.
last decision is your but i recommend dont waste your money

And same day i found that was the worst phone ever...really trust me......
1) my phone's battery is not working well.....dead in almost 6hrs...worst battery backup
2) my sims r not supporting.....if u want phone without sim then buy this......
3) and speaker worst sound....fuck....i noticed all problems in only a single day......so my openion is dont want this phone.

I have given my micromax juice 2 for repair ( display) 3 month before, the service center returned me Canvas A120 , how it happened ? Trichur service center never answer the telephone , pls help me .

i am using this phone from april phones all feature us good awesome battery backup good resulation for video gorrila glass safty camera is also ok ok touch is very nice look is very good i have to say this is best mobile in range of 6000
only one problem have aplication cant move in sd card and aplications data also saves in internal memory which is only 3 gb for use
over i will suggest for this phone no one better than juice 2 in range of 6000 till today means 16 October 2015

Dear sir,
I Mr Sandeep has purched Micromax mobile Model no : AQ5001(S) JUSE 2 AND within 8 days it has being giving problem
I have given my Mobile for repairing in micromax center from 1 month ago, but still i have not getting the correct information,
they say that the material are not send by your side
The related persons are giving false information
My docket no is : W030200091519364916
The costumer service of micromax is very very poor,improve it.
please do the needful as early as possible other wise i will take serious action and I will apply in consumer court
