Have used this phone for 1 year, excellent and no problems until recently when it crashed for no reason. Lost everything, full factory reset required. Been running ok since, but now location indicator is permanently showing and making the phone run slow and hot. Any suggestions pls?

Hello frnds, I bought the micromax canvas nitro2 E311 on 25th June, its working about 1 month very well and then its create a problem automatically off n on. I gave to coustmor ...I use 1 month and then coustmor care service also use 1month :(...
Means that I receive my phone after 1 month and 4 days from micromax service center. Then phone working very well but after service have a new prblm of rear camera issue and flash light. I am so irritating from this product. I HV waste my money ...so I advice u that plz don't buy this product . save money and tym.

Hi Micromax Company,
Why you making mobiles with working only for one year. I purchased e311 on 02/06/2015. There is no damage to the device and i kept this moblie very carefully. But yestrday onwards it's not working and the micromax care suggest me to change the MB(4000).
This is ridiculous, why you cheating us.
My friends don't buy microamx products.
Please.....
