I also suffered the same problem about five times that handset automatically goes to air plane mode.company should collect these handset with manufactoring defects and give custemers new mobile hand sets or refund all the money.

From Jamshedpur, I have purchased a MMX E455 in Oct15. 4 months after purchasing, phone doen't work (means both sim slot not working). I logged a complaint with customer care. They can't solve it and sent the mobile to Ranchi Customer care. After one month they sent me new one mobile. After using one year this new mobile, this one also not working properly and message showing mobile is in flight mode when opening.
I think this model has so many complaint and MMX marketing is affecting.
