This phone is good and its camera clearity is also good of front and back but i didn"t know how to put sim in slot 2 and its battery backup is not good

I purchased A255 micromax. Worst experience with it.Worst Service center. Cheaters. Do not take micromax ever.

:I have purchased a new A255 Selfie mobile
Unfortunately this mobile did not not work properly from the first day. .firstly the mobile stopped charging and it shut down and again never turned on since then.
I showed it to Micromax Service center and I was told that its on off key pad is not working and need replacement.and was told it will cost me Rs 600/-. but company charge 6000/- for a new moblie This is totally unjustified In this reference I want to state that my mobile is under warranty.

Don't buy any micromax product. As I have bought, I know that the service provided by them is worst. I bought a A311 & after using a few days it started hanging. I went to the service center they said update the software. Next day the representative told that it has mother board problem & sent it to company.It has been more than a month & now they are asking to replace it with A 255. I am not interested in this.How can we take this company to court?

Earlier I had micromax canvas nitro a311 but as it used to hang a lot so I gave my phone to the service centre. But after waiting for 2 months they asked me to either wait for 2 more months or take a replacement of micromax canvas selfie a255 and it was an used phone and even had many problems.I really hate this phone and even the services offered by micromax.
