I have fixed both the Sims in the slot but only sim 1st is shown, 2nd sim is not shown what should I do

I took this phone through BigC, got cheated on Insurance aspect, paid again Rs. 5000/- towards Glass in Micromax service centre, and since then having problem with Audio quality on phone communication, afraid to get serviced again in service centre @ kukatpally, who say they don't have manager currently for their Service centres !

My A255 is not detecting my sims in the last two days. The data connection gets switched off. It is worse in the mornings when I need to get to work. It has been a constant struggle.
