whats wrong with this phone???? my bettery was once shutdown,first time, for just 5-10 minutes and now i cant charge it nor open the screen???? what kind of shit is this???

My new canvas selfie lens q345 ....the battery is draining at 1% per 5 minutes of web use on chrome browser. Please suggest if there is any defect in the phone.

Rajnish , 25 Sep 2015hii apps can't be moved. I also installed app to SD. anyon... moreIts not so easy u have make separate sd card partition using a pc....many more steps..check it out in internet...how to create sd card partition
