Micromax service is too Bad.
Hi, my canvas turbo mobile got broke down & i have ordered for Canvas turbo LCD display Kit in micromax service center, Bangalore.
concerned person informing that, they have not yet got the display kit from the head office. I am waiting from past 20-25 Days. i really did not understand how they are selling the products without the spare parts availability.

Dear All,
I found that phone is hanged after two day of purchase but it reboot aging with one sec.
The peoples dont like the mMX will always put stupid remark. i brought it at 14400 from flipcart and the phone is nicely worknig without inttrupt.
phone is worth and comparitively good than the others in this range.
what else be the indian and avoid to pull our people down.
keep a good habit!

hold the Power button and volume up button for 15 sec it will restart

Dont buy this phone it hangs and than u have to wait 5-6 hours for the battery to drain than charge it again its slow and 2 gb ram is a buff

Guys.. Dont buy this phone. Honestly, Camera works only for a month since it is new. Camera hangs everytime. After restart Camera works for few minutes and again no response. Gallary does not responded. Phone Suddenly switches off. Overall this is a stupid phone with stupid problems. Thats all. Don't waste your money.

Its since 3 weeks i have bought this phone
All over its a fanatastic phone
But sometimes the camera doesn't respond
I have to restart it again and again then camera works
Can u tell me the reason why is it doing so ?????

I purchased MMX Turbo just a month back. Everything was fine till yesterday and suddenly the touch screen has stopped working. No shock, dropping or mishandling...!!!Service guys are saying that it will take 10 to 15 days to replace...!!! This is awful.....

it is a gud phon bt without micro sd card slot, removable battery and with micro sim slot, i dont want it
=> it has a low battery capacity
=> i cant switch my sim card with a normal phone (supporting normal sim size)

After using it for 10 days i advise you please dont buy this microcrap camera does not even respond did a factory reset but still it wont work service people said would take 1 week to get the camera replaced. Never ever buy micromax. This phone has some serious media issues.check online canvas turbo camera problem you will find many more people with the same issue.Go for quatro or even other brands like Huewai is much better.i thought 2 gb ram would be a good thing to hv but imagine a phone without a camera and micromax boasted around 13mp camera which doesnt even work.

Hi people, I have been using this phone since Oct31 did'nt face any lag but in past one week my camera is hanging and its popping up message gallery has stopped can any one help please? Otherwise this is great mobile

So I finally got the Turbo.
The build quality is better than Canvas 4,but its overhyped I feel.
Its missing the wow factor still!!
Camera is just about average :(
Features like to unlock are a mere gimmick as it disables all other locks & the phone gets unlocked even by a light breeze coming from aywehere!!!
Battery Back up seems like improved but its too early
Loudpeaker output is nice not top notch but wont let you down.
Got it for 16k.

Hi again, little update for you all. My camera quit working so i reset the phone to factory settings it worked again but kept clicking blur images.so i took it to micromax service center and they are replacing my cam and say will take a week.which is fine phone is just 10 days new. Out of curiosity i asked if the screen is protected with any special glass and the staff said its gorilla! I confirmed it again and they say its not mentioned anywhere as gorilla glass also breaks,they further added that all 10k plus phones have aome toughened glass and mucromax has a contract with corning just for the 1st generation. Please check and confirm.if this has gorilla glass micromax rocks and its a good buy. I have no performance issues with the phone just camera issue which i will give this phone a week and get back to u all to let you know how MMX service is.
