Phone keeps hanging or just shuts down and won't restart for a long time.
I have to keep pressing the power button for 5 minutes to get the startup screen. Can't figure out why this problem occurs.

I am planning to buy new android smartphone under 8-17k. I have seen micrx a250 specs. It's pretty impressive. The features/specs for the smartphone i want is.
1. Android(min 4.2)
2. Good camera quality with digital zooming(reasonable is also ok).
3. Fast access to internet and wifi
4. Atleast 720p resolution screen
5. Secondary Camera for video calling
