Once I have factory reset my Micromax canvas win w121 after that it is being restart automatically if sim is inserted, and if no sim is in mobile it works good we can use it by connecting to Wi-Fi. No other says that if I change os the problem will be solved... Please anyone suggest me how to get windows os for my mobile or how to solve the problem my mail id is kalaithangam96@gmail.com please kindly mail to this id or post in this site Thank you.
