if u want to buy funbook
its not a gud idea really
bcos now a days it comes with special type of security
that it will work with only tata pothon butt ..
unless
u want your way to work it with any data card
u will have to root it
and void the warrenty
either way

I will not recommend Micromax Funbook. I had bought the same the first week of June and within one month it got damaged and when we took it to the service center, they sad it will take about 10 days for repair as all the parts are damaged. Its almost been a month now that the service center is not able to rectify it

For the solution to the battery problem in funbook the corrupt os of micromax stock rom is the reason..Do one thing.. Go to unlockroot.com and download latest version. Then root the device and download novotools from google search. In novotools there is an option for reboot recovery. First download the funseries 3.0 rom from xda website and flash with cwm recovery..The battey problem will be solved.

kush, 20 Apr 2012anybuddy try skype video call on dis tablet..?? Hey buddy!!! yes you can definitely use skype for video chat!!! just make sure you do close you back running apps other wise the camera gets crash and you have to reset the tab all big time...

Hello, I had purchase fundbook p300 in last month. i have problems 1) its battery charging is very slow. 2)while i put on battery charging and try to work that time it miss behave.
is this common problem or specific my funbook model?

I heard from Micromax technical team that it supports EC156 model dongles as that software in Funbook was loaded with it(EC156).

it is not. a good. device. becoz it did not support. hd games like model combact apshalat 7 hd and many more

b4 doing all i said u need -1)a pc or laptop 2)orginal funbook data cable which come with it 3)rom manager for pc. ( this u can gogle n find it how 2 install it in funbook) 4)after installing rom manager in pc u can tranfer it in funbok .( installing it frm pc 2 funbookk procedure u can find in google.) after this do i said --i face the same problem in funbook of automatic shut down at 50 percent batery..it jas hapened after 10 days i buyed it. frm several ppl got 2 knw therz problem in software made for funbook.. so i just find a solution of battery automatic shut off..i am using now funseries rom v 2.1 .it is a modified rom by sm ppl for funbook... n nw m using it n performance is gud . n battery nw shut off till it gets to zero. n battery backup is 4 hrs. but there is 1 prblm tht on main screen if u choose smrt screen dislay the title of apps goes invisble. rest all is fine. herez the link u can download frm there -http://forum.xda-developers.co...hp?t=1667129 download version 2.1 itz gud..rest u can select accrding ur choice but in rest battery backup is 3 hrs.. read flashing procedure b4 installing in ur funbook.. if u dnt install it properly it can harm n i m in no way responsible for it..if u follow same as told all will get rite..so gud luck.. njoy ..
