its the best tablet, pricing is amazing.
now to clear all doubts,
1) it support almost all popular modems in indian market

2) though camera is .3mp believe me its not, its like 1.3mp and given at screen resolution of tablet its fantastic for video calling.
3)it supports skype just search for compatible version Skype version 2.5.160 or 2.5.4.162, even better just use tango
4) flash support(awesome speed), smooth browsing, fantastic touchscreen response
5) games i am playing fluently- shadow gun, asphalt 6, modern combat 1 to 3, spiderman, all fifa NBA tennis, splinter cell, hawx, etc these are all high quality games(see gameplay on youtube). dont like touchscreen gaming? no problem just plug use gamepad (get one for rs 200 from local shop)
6)screen resolution awesome if you plan to use it 1 feet from eyes(ipad 1 and 2 have same pixel density and no one complained until they lured people with new ipad)
7)already rooted, install custom rom straightaway as soon as you get tablet
8) descent battery backup 7-8hrs with continuous average daily use i.e mixed wifi, videos, gaming, music, reading ect.
9) descent after sales support
10) plays 99.99% of video files. played harry potter blueray video of 15gb, tablet not even sweated (anyone familiar with above games knows its joke to even discuss its video playing capability)
11) hdmi output - say bye to your media players, its a mini computer. plug mouse and keyboard and you dont need to turn on your cpu and monitor to download torrents. yes even Ethernet is supported just search for usb dongle.
12) micro-sd, pen drive and hdd supported
13) its android 4.03, if you are not geek its ok, it will do all basic things you expects from any tablet. If you are eager to experiment, its heaven (see at its cost and maybe you will also try to throw it against wall or ride your bike over it)
14) use for 2-3 days and you will be addicted to it

frnz . .i am using funbook and its working fine with a huge battery backup . And main thing i wana clear is that we can use the 2g , 3g dongles locked or unlocked , any company . I have used idea dongle unlocked and 3g bsnl sim in it. Worked fine. Settings for dongle are assigned by user if it says enter mcc and mnc codes then go to mcc-mnc-india.blogspot.com/?m=0

about this tab..if tab user read this than pls ..share the view about tab expeiranc...
1.dose it support 1080p video format.(.multiformats like mkv.mov.avi.divx.mp4.wmv.vob)
2.hows the screen .. .and touch quality..
3.can we use 2g network..
4.what about gaming..is it like hd or low class...
5.hows the battery back up.

How can we connect other 3g dongle in micromax funbook???i have vodafone 3g dongle.everytime when i connect this to funbook.shows me "Damaged sd card".what that mean ?

this is unfair with me.i purchase funbook from seventymm.com.that time they told me for 3g tata photon plus free.but they send only tablet not dongle.u have to go nearest tata outlate.now the problem occures.i m living in jamnagar,gujarat.and seventymm.com tell there is no tata photon plus center in my city.so now i have to go to metro city like ahmedabad to fill documents and for dongle.guys have u ever experience like me.???

tata photon seperately contact you . The offer you have to pay 500 bugs for dongle. Micromax offering you 1 GB of data for 2 months with postpaid plan.
If tata care didn't contact you, Contact them seperately through customer care number.
