Overall good as a entry level qwerty dual sim cell phone.
But battery talk time 3hrs & standby time is just 120 hrs is unsatisfactory.
USB connectivity really *#$^!

this handset has blacklist feature,which gives me facility to resist unwanted calls...its so nice.

billa, 19 Apr 2011its easy just wipe ur mobile with a wet cloth.. and format... moreYour memory card would be password protected with the old mobile which you used. Clear that password protection and insert into ur micromax mobile. You will find it.

white, 03 Aug 2010i insert memory card in my micromax q1 model..but i m unabl... moreits easy just wipe ur mobile with a wet cloth..
and format ur memory card in system and insert..
then u wil see the memory card option..

Sound of Q1 is not comparable. Such a awesome sound quality.
Video Quality?
whats that? ask to maker of Q1
Sound will finish but video will still working.
I mean if you are watching a movie on Q1 you will observe no synchronization's between video and sound.
I will suggest to not buy it.

the phones look is very good.i bought it for rs1550 in kolkata.
the biggest drawback is u can't connect the phone with ur pc via usb using data cable,it wrongly recognises data cable as charger and starts false charging.
i tried installing pc suite,but it does not work.

I own one. The handsfree did not work from the day of unboxing. The service centre offered me a 'used' handsfree while the phone was within warranty period. As it concludes, MICROMAX's AFTER SALE SERVICE IS POOR.
