hi guys im using dis phone last 3 yrs, got very bad xpreince abt the trackball
bt i hav replaced it n its costly
its good for 1 year
my headset frofile was always "on"
but since i hav replaced the connecter its working fine
dis is a nic phone but trackball & headset connector is a serious problem

Try this out: This worked for me.
1) lock the key pad of your mobile
2) take a white blank paper and place it on a hard surface.
3) Now with face down of your mobile rub vigorously for one to two minutes.
4) unlock your key pad and check if it works for you.

my track ball was working very badly & it was not moving up & down.it is benifitial for ruf use ,but not for official use .the track ball costs nearly 500rs .no proper service centers working properly &it was not fully equiped.don't try this........

i have purchased the micromax Q5 on 01-11-2010 i have faced many problems with the track ball but i myself repaired it and now its working good.....

my mobile track ball is not working on downward direction but its sound and battery life is ok for one year.

Track ball never working after 6-7 months.Second Opera Mini also not work properly. Only its outlook is good and nothing else. I recommend never to buy a micromax mobile. Never buy this product as.........

nonsense cell does,nt wk food at all n trackball in nt gd at all. n very less servc centre.
