DONT BUY MICROMAX, worst service i had ever seen and worst quality even so far away to the bottom line from china mobile.

Please never buy Q7 modal of micromax because wifi facility never work and corresponding service centre also not support,,,,,,,,,i use this handset for 2 years.

this mobile is not good i just used it for 7 months only its motherboard was dead and its body was so weak ,it will not support youtube,mobilevoip.... and why it has wifi .....its track ball will become a so many problems , so please dont buy this mobile

it is not at all good product and the mother board is not a good quality after some 11 or 12 months after the board bends automatically then it is a dead phone not a good quality please dont take this phone if u take you may get problems and there is no good customer service all they are robbers they steal customers phone parts so please dont take micromax phones only take samsung they give awesome customer support they never hesitate to talk with the customers. if any one want to contact me please contact to 9900410288

AnonD-38722, 15 Aug 2012Within 3 months of buying Q7 my handset trackball not worki... morego to service center in your city and they will make trackball all right and they will not charge any thing under warranty period that is for one year . after one year u can change your trackball at any mobile repair shop the new trackball cost only rs 30 in hyderabad and it works fine.

AnonD-38722, 15 Aug 2012Within 3 months of buying Q7 my handset trackball not worki... morehi Kamal, basically all you have to do is to ave the trackball replaced. it costs about 50 INR. get it repaired afterwards from a repair shop.

Hi, I am having this micromax Q7 for a close to 2 years now. Till a month month back the Phone was working fine. Dual Sim, Facebook, Internet everything was perfect for a phone of this range. But from last month or so it is Showing Bad Charger warning every 10 mins of putting it in charge. But for Micromax Q7 to last this long in itself a satisfaction. Its time to show it the dustbin now.
I would rate my phone 7/10, worth every penny.

it is super mobile in this rate.. the internet working is so fast all application works so good and enable wifi
