check the seal first.... otherwise micromaxx gallery will ask money for repair even thou it is in warentty

its a good phone but it is having two major problems
one is its trackball
other is its headphones
but video clarity is great and speed of surfing is also good and also it supports a portable web cam

Scarface, 10 Jan 2012i bought micromax q75 very recently but could not watch cer... moreI bought Micromax Q75, it is good phone at this price, wifi is connecting fine, but reception is poor, compare to other devices. Even signal is storng it shows only single bar :( . Facebook and Nimbuzz only of show, I am not able to login in facebook and nimbuzz is not opening at all.

priya, 09 Jan 2012Friends, this handsets is dammn good, clearly its the best... moreto get the issue resolved for the low light on the keypad, you need to open the phone and check the black cover stickers over the LED. it should be removed and also one side of the Trackpad would be covering the LED instead of lying flat on the board, you need to cut that and take care of that issue, I have and its lite is but clear and crisp across all areas of the keypad.

Scarface, 10 Jan 2012i bought micromax q75 very recently but could not watch cer... moreIts not what kinda convertor that you get the videos converted on, its the resolution. the resolution should be set to the one specified in the above specs. and you would be able to see proper videos.

amit, 01 Apr 2011Its not a crap phone i am using it from last 5 months It ... morei bought micromax q75 very recently but could not watch certain 3gp videos which i used to watch in Videocon mobile which i bought it for jus 1600 Rs before one year..... Wifi not getting connected,,,,, facebook = no, completely disappointed and feel cheated.... some body suggest me wat kind of 3gp converter would help the cause

i am using this phone since 8 months. and i have visited the service center 4-5 times for its trackball problem. and Facebook App is not opening. form first day. and the service centers facility is so poor. phone ringtone volume is too high even you have selected the minimum volume. you feel like a Chinese phone is ringing when you are in office.
