i used this phone past 5 month.. for normal use (i mean by only calling) this phone is good. but we can't access face book, youtube and almost all application that in built in this phone is not running properly.. so my suggestion is never buy this if u look more features

I am using this micromax q75.I am facing problem several times with tracball.its not working properly.
After buying this handset winthin 3 months track ball was not working.I was going in micromax service center,but their service also too poor.After changing my trackball from service center,within 4 months some times my track ball is not working.

Raja, 02 Oct 2012not work in you tube go to multimedia- video player-option- network profile - and profile1 -edit profile-select your sim- come back and select activate profile. it is done

Q75 model bettery not withstanding for a single day and also battery not available in the market and micromax supplier also.. Service is also very bad

Anonymous, 10 Dec 2012I am unable to create playlist in this phone how to add son... morejust scroll the ball up and you will get the songs loaded in to the play list, now go to options and refresh the list.
its simple and easy.

A big NO to MICROMAX.. it has frequent issues with the battery charger point... total junk. sound quality is not adjustable

im using q75!!!its very easy to use!!!last week trakball was did not worked!!so i was opened it!!and clened the dust!now its works!!!!!!!!!!!!

Iam purchase the micromax Q75 by 3rd nov 2011 throu Universal chidambaram branch.
By march 2012 itself it get fault by showing headphone symbol.so i given for service throu universal.after few days mobile reach my hands.
Next time by september 2012 got problem on trackball.
This time also given thro universal.after 15 days universal person informed me the mobile was serviced in outside so we should not able to service.but iam not serviced outside.
So i taken my mob and seen the condition it is to worst.
And trackball board changed by service center.
So i got a chance about knowing the person.
So strictly avoid purchase the micromax product.

Preloded application are weast and nothing work proper, just fraud company is Micromax, why they should not check apps before launching handsets...where should complain...no service center no assosiery
