i m recently using wifi in mmx q7 before this i was using it in nokia _e series. in mmk u have to change ur wap settings u have to set profile as 'w lan' and also java settings will be changed in default.select any sim but same as wap.

it looks better phone than mmx q7 i m using q7 and like any other q series set it also has problem in nimbuss.i hope q75 work well in multy instant messaging

Here some more suggestions:
Micromax Q75 when you will buy will set to minimum mode settings by default (least camera resolution mode, low picture quality mode etc). You will need to do a lot of settings (although not difficult) for various applications. Don't jump on any conclusion. (regarding camera quality or you tube or internet)
here i will explain what settings you need.
1. for camera:
i.increase resolution from 340 x 240 to 2048 x 1536.
ii.change photo quality from low to best.
"You will get brilliant quality photos now"
2. for video player:
Same settings as mentioned above. For video streaming select you must sim and service provider.
"Now you can enjoy you tube videos"
3. For Opera, Face book, You tube, Nimbuzz, Google for each application you have to select Sim and network individually.
4. PC suite is pathetic. But anyways you don't need that as Q75 is simply plug and play for windows 7 just like a pen drive.
5. Opera browser has got amazing speed and superb quality. You can surf any website with it.But again set it perfectly.
6. E mail client: After adjusting I was sucessful to download my Gmail, Hotmail and yahoo inbox. You will need Imap4 and Pop 3 server settings which is easily avaliable on google.
7. With blue tooth you can browse other mobile memory by pairing it. Interestingly Nokia mobile cant do this thing for Micromax mobile.
7. WIFI, bluetooth every thing is working fine, the only problem is that the options are not user freindly to naive mobile user. And the user guide is absolutely not user friendly.
Mobile is amazing...go get it. Trust me.

I brought Micromax Q75 mobile at 5000 Rs after hard negotiations in Pune and I am really surprised with the amazing quality this products has. Speaker sound is just mind blowing and when you will plug in its microphone you will forgot any Apple Ipod. The sound quality is just amazing!!
Moreover the mobile contains all advance feature of internet connectivity like Wifi, Opera mini browser, Facebook-google-youtube applications, Push Email and all with an impressive speed. (I use Docomo number!)
Battery backup is also very good.
Camera resolution is of 3.2 megapixel but is not so impressive. (Although I am habitual of Digicams). Its a dual sim mobile but I am wondering what benifit it will give.
It doesnt come with memory card so you need to buy the memory card as well. I brough 4GM transcend card at 390 rs. So total I payed a sum of 5390.
I am very happy with purchase. Micromax will capture the market soon with Q75

Hi frnds another cheap mobile in the market same like mmx q7 another one is Intex IN6633 with wifi price 4400 in market. It is better to buy with cheap and both font and back bothsides camara with best features

I have two doubts..my mmx opera mini is not supporting qwerty input.what should i do to change the input method to qwerty?
next,I was able to connect to wifi net work but when i browse it is still using the gprs connection.what shoould I do to change it?

tarun, 18 Sep 2010does micromax support sending group msgs??? if so then whe... moreyup.. it support upto 20 numbers in single group but u hv to wait until finishd of sending for other app...
