it may be that you are using the 2g network. can you check it again. One of my friends asvised me that the speed is that of a 3g phone and he is satisfied with it.
this phone has both 3g and 2g services.

1. Yes java application can be minimised.
2. for YOUTUBE streaming follow the steps:-
A. go to multimedia.
B. select video player.
C. select options.
D. select network profile.
E. profile 1
F. edit profile.
G. data account.
H. Sim1
I. now select the APN name for example I am using TRUMP 3G JADOO.
DATA ACCOUNT NAME IS TRUMP GPRS ( don't confuse by name, it has 3.6mbps speed),APN is "gprsppsdel".
J. keep the proxy off for youtube.
K. save or DONE.
Now the climax, I connected this phone with supplied data cable. I am not able to get HSDPA speed. my computer shows 921 kbps but when I connected Samsung GT-S5350 metro 3G, I got 3.6mbps speed.

please tell me mmx q80's internet speed while connected it with pc. Can it be used as modem? Also please tell internet speed experience in phone. Thanks in advance.

1. Bluetooth does not receive more than five files at a time.
2. Youtube streaming is possible. I am able to see youtube videos. for that correct network server setting is required. as the user interface is very similiar to Chinese phones, it is not easy for everyone to make these settings.
3. There is no HOT KEY for video calling and very difficult to find the option by a non technical user.
4. Wi-Fi downloading is fastM

yes it is a dual stand by phone but it doesn't mean that you can recieve calls simultaneous if you are on call 1 on sim1 then the person calling you on 2nd sim will get unreachable answere so i suggest you all to purchase it smartly spice mobiles have true dual sim in its mojor phone u can recieve calls on both the sim simultaneously and send messages and also make call so take your decision smartly before purchasing any of the micromax mobile

I am currently using Blackberry curve, whose sound quality is good. Is the audio quality as good as a BB ? My old Micromax is not so good in sound quality
