Worthless piece of handset. Noting runs properly. Internet operations painfully slow, sometimes does not work. Searching time endless. After starting google play, go for dinner & sleep, next day you will see that the application yet to start. I am in soup after purchasing it.

Dear all,
Even After readings all reviews in net, i took this A72 model, just after 10 days only its getting struck and when after speaking call the screen will never appear for 15 to 20 sec.. we dont have option to disconnect call also..
After keeping Memory card also same problems repeating...
Please never buy it and never loose valuable moneyy...
I lost it any way...

how to take a screenshot in Micromax canvas viva A72..am unable to take the screenshot..I tried many times with power and volume down keys but It couldnt work in my mobile..so kindly give me some alternate solution.
