micromax took technology from china but it doesnt mean that its phones are bad. it captured 6 % of indian phone market. chinies phone with good quality thats micromax....so go for it if u want to buy a feature loaded phone with low budget.
remember these points in mind before buying this phone
1.sound quality on speaker is not good.on head phone is very good.you can install core player and nitrogen player to enhance the quality
2. camera is not good on still images.but video recording is very nice.
3.wifi disconnect contineously
good points are
1.cheapest windows mobile phone in india
2. good sensor response.
3 screen is very sharp and bright.
4 comparable to samsung i900
5 battry is very good (1500 mAh)

cause its a windows phone and has a big screen of 3.2
and corby has 2.8...

hey what the hell do y... morewell dude micromax is using chinese fones n just putting their tag on them. m frm pakistan and here a brand is QMOBILE the shoking this is that QMOBILE and micromax mobile modles r all same.Qmobiles r chinese fones. u ca cnfirm this on qmobile web site its qmobile.com.pk and also check micromax website.
the models QMOBILE Q5 QMOBILE Q4 QMOBILE Q3i QMOBILE Q3 all are identicle to micromax Q3, micromax Q3i, micromaxx Q4,micromax Q5. they r all chinese made fones..

AMIT, 07 Aug 2010mr. jeet before sendind mr mobile expert to school, i thin... moreur rite coz here in pakistan the fones are avaiable with QMOBILE BRAND they r the same fones like micromax q3 micromax q4 micromax q5. they r all chinese fones but micromax put their tag on them and they r available in pakistan wit QMOBILE brand. u can cnfirm it by visiting qmobile.com.pk. and also visit micromax website the models r same.

can some w900 user specify how the sound quality and loudness of the speaker is??? Atleast does its sound quality and loudness match 5230/5233?

by the way it's wm 6.1 phone and not 6.5.
also it is full proof that micromax is importing these phones from china and rebranding it.
and w900 is the worst pda i have ever used.

frm last 3 monts i m using this phone and i have nokia 5800 .it has all feature campare to nokia 5800 but camera quality is low.every thing is fine and working gud. lilbit of wifi problem....which you can ignore.

hey what the hell do you know about mobile phone when u describe mcmax as chinese phone that itself shows ur fckingg knowledge im a phone expert because i test all new phones for websites and tvs you knoww wat this is atleast better than nokia where the after sales service goes haywire ask people who have gone through the worst i know this is not the best phone but u can make it better by adding so many softwares and that includes the picture quality and ram speed too .but its no point telling you guys as you both seem to be big illiterates about phone so the best thing for u guys is to stop writing and start studying.

micromax is chinese fone , selling in market on the name of micromax, thats why it is too cheap, all the softwares r chinese, never buy this phone , u may become fool
