does this phone supports MS office documents ?... moreYes. It supports word and excel but not power point.
Also supports .pdf files but after downloading a plugin.
I don't know why you want this phone but my cousin is in loss after buying it. This is a ery slow phone compared to other win-mobile phones. Even win-mobile phones released 3 years ago are faster than this one.

everything great except for 3.5mm audio jack which is missing...else cpu , ram ,rom , dual sim ,winmob 6.5 , huge battery ....

Check out the crimp of any nokia phone
MADE IN CHINA
no mater where it is made
if it is running on an Microsoft OS then no need to worry about the quality because Microsoft wont give there OS to any cheep Company ,,,it is listed in GSM ARENA so it will be defiantly International

Not a good phone atall. dont buy.you will be in soup. go for nokia or samsung,or HTC or Apple.
if budget is problem then go for g five only.

Anonymous, 05 Aug 2010Which is better, Nokia 5230 or Micromax W900 ?It is good phone and value for Money,Nokia 5233 is no where near to W900 it a windows phone where Nokia 5233 is Symbian OS.
The W900 is for advance User and 5233 is for music etc...

when i had got call from micromax service center for mobile service (read my prevoius posts) they also confirmed verbaly.
shortly soon.
they will release a software download, may be from there website, we will have to download giving our IMIE no. then connect phone through Active Sync and update..................hurrey enjoy WM 6.5.3.

The worst mobile and please dont go for this product. I had submitted my mobile to service center one month ago due to touch was not working and poor battery backup. Still there was no response. You need to restart the mobile almost 20 times a day due to hang up....Please DONT purchase this mobile.

Good News for All W900 Users,
I have confirmed from manufactures itself, all w900 Win Mo 6.1 version are going to get update to WM 6.5.
God knows, May be then we will be get relief from journeys to a sacred places (service centers).
I have the confirmation if you want i can mail you just reply to this post with email ID.

well the phone is above average.
1) camera 2.0 mp but pictures are not so clear although it gives you 1600*900 resolution.
2) about video you can run wmv ,avi video but it stuck when you run a high res video,so you have to limit its data rate from an external application.
3) about network, well i am using this from 6 month or so but i didnt find a problem so everything is fine
4) about music, you will get a 2gb free memory card but the speaker of phone is not so loud and the headphone quality really sucks.
so this phone is not good for music.
5) touch screen sensitivity is above average but not so good .
but a windows phone in such price is worth buying it.

it has fm and video recording... only thing is no 3g.. no flash (cmos cam internal flahs)
