micromax x 330 is good mobile i am using tata docomo(as sim 1 ) and airtel( as sim 2) sim card in this mobole but if i put tata docomo in sim 2 slot andairtel in sim 1 slot hand set gets switched off again and again why this problem ? can any body reply ?

I have been using this mobile since 2 months now.
a) It has got good battery backup and FM, MP3 Volume.
b) Its camera quality is not so good as claimed by other 2MPix camera phones.
c) The headphone quality is so so. The company should have given normal head phone jack connector so that any other good quality head set could be connected.
d) The in call voice clarity/volume is low.
e) People do not recognize your voice even in NORMAL MODE It seems Due to voice modulation option of phone. people complain and ask to speak louder n louder.

I bought this mobile. It has good features and works fine with dual sim. Hearing volume is low and is difficult to hear in noisy surronding. Ringtone speakers are good and musix and FM sounds really loud.
There is no driver software and PC suite available which is difficult for me to transfer contacts from my old sony ericsson.

I am not getting it in Kolkata...! The shop owners acts like they are first time listening the model no. I've also mailed micromax, but they didn't replied it. Can anyone help me with any information...thnx.
