battry backup is very poor (hardly one day ), very slow, automatically switched off . dont bye this mobile.

This PHONE is best for voicecall and rough use. BATTERY BACKUP is the main disaster.

You had this mobile ok forget. You want maps and e-mails in high speed ok instal google crome for mobile software then it is very speed came.
But don't buy this sorry"""""Mimcromax""""" don't buy. also not response any repariring ok.

emon, 01 Aug 2011very poor battry backup.....battry problem is big. it's charge time 3 to 4 hour. and discharge time only 15 min. please don't buy any micromax product.

There is no battery back up and the new battery is not readily available with dealers/ customer care centers. Since last six months( i.e. from 03 Mar 2011 to till date) I am not getting new battery. Not getting battery free within warranty period is not possible. The services are very poor,because of which I feel very bad on purchase of such type of mobile.

Have decided never to buy MicroMax product in my life.. All the guys looking at this blog ensure you pass on the message that you will get cheated with this company. Customer service is worst. I am suprised companies like this can still survive in the market today. They treat you like dirt... I went to the custormer service centre they absued me for buying a phone like this.......Worst experience of customer service .. I esclated this to the corparate office and got a reply that the issue has been esclated and it has been 3 months. 3 reminders and same reply.. isssue esclated... I can assume if esclated issues take so much time what about normal issues.
Friends dont make mistake of buying any Micromax product... I have started to hate mobile phones due to this experience

We all commit mistakes...I did too when I purchased this phone. Apart from the looks there is not a single feature of it which is worth mentioning. Battery back up is sweet f#$%all and the icing on the cake is that neither spare batteries are available at their service centres nor are they available with any other shop in the town. And the kind of amused looks which you get from the shopkeepers when you go asking for its battery...is to be seen to be believed.

this phone is rubbish it has a very poor battery.it runs of battery within 20 mins if online chatting.I will advice others not buy this junk.

this is a very bad phone...
no java application runs on it...
even the preloaded snaptu and nimbuzz software dosent gets connected to the internet....
same problem is also been faced by my friend with this handset....will suggest every one,not to buy this phone...
