I make one advice to micromax.
u people r making gud phones and has done great job by making gud phones fr less price..it is nw easy fr common man to hav a gud mobile experience......but if u want a better future fr compony plz improve ur sevice centre quality...thats d nly reason dat people are afraid to purchase micromax......complainers are treated like animals in most of service centers..

service centre in amritsar (punjab) is too greedy and bad , he never takes genuine complaints and try to take money by saying its not covered under guarantee , it happened me nearly 5-7 times , so i discontinue buying micromax

alex, 28 Sep 2012I Purchas a Micromax x660 mobile this mobile too bad qualit... moreare yaar....i have also facing a lot probs about ths ph.....i baught it on 30th june.....used it only for arround 20 days......then its being hang....go for service center .....during for 4 times i used to go for service center....previous day i get it back again,....now hope for the best...

are yaar 30th june i bought the ph...till now its in srvc cntr....its for 4 times....plzzz yaar...tell me that where should i insert my only aircel sim...i used only one...tell me where should i insert it.on sim 1 or 2...plzzzz give me a text...@ 7278689596...plzzzz yaar....i jst use the ph for 27 days....and its the 4th time it is in srvc cntr..

this is too bad handset x660 and also its company micromax is too bad,it cant give its coustmer better service,,,i will face problm in x660 just i am purchase before 2 month and can you beleave i m just use it 15 day ,,other time it is go to repared on service center

gb, 15 Aug 2012from umnet.comafter spending Rs.4000/- X660, I used for only one month and it is giving bad experience. The dealer refused to replace the piece and asked to give it to service center. when given to the service center in mumbai, they forward the same to the HO-DEL.
still awaiting for the reply from the HO after three months.
this is my humble request, please instedad of buying any micromax product, think to buy any other mobile

I would like give you some tips, please insert the lastest SIM to the Host SIM & the older one to the Guest SIM.
For instance if you are using Docomo & Airtel then put docomo on host & Airtel on Guest slot. Hope you will have your prob. resolved.
