Now we have the spec, but must think the price... Nowadays market, mobiles mostly with same r better spec is less that 10kk... Let's c the price....
If price reach more than 12k then its a failure
Less then it, it will rock like 520......

These are basically entry-level phones with a nice body (Lumia 830 ) or large display (Lumia 1330). The price should reflect this fact as well.

bad specification, 1gb ram - should be atleast 2gb & dual core proc. - should be atleast quad core

I don't expect a dual core in this device since the Nokia Lumia 530 even has a quad core.

Now the market started to give octa-core mobile with 2gb ram. For >10thousand. Microsoft is using old hardware. What will be the price. Must not cross 10thousand.

I think they count effective pixels in the picture which appear to the sensor, instead of overall pixels as processed picture has or vice versa.
