S4 of 520 despite being dual core is still better than 532 SD 200. Its about the architecture that the soc is based on and not the clock or number of cores.
Besides 520 has a better GPU(adreno 305>302) and ability to play full HD videos and a better screen so when u consider the 525 also gives 1gb ram then its obviously the better choice.

Frankly, the Lumia 532 is a great budget-phone ever launched. Now everyone will walk around with a Smartphone in their hand and will be able to edit documents on the go. This phone is meant for functionality. If we start judging the camera then one should push their budget. Windows OS is most certainly the best. We are getting quad-core processor fellas. The phone also does not hand and offers a great Skyping experience when the lighting conditions are good. Thhe 532 even has the camera options of setting the shutter.
