Hi friends! Check your mobile after the setting regarding touch; go to settings > ease of access > screen magnifier > off, now check touch is ok.

The touch screen is awful. Worst of the Lumias (I own another, held others).
With the screen, it's difficult to hold and/or drag. Imagine how difficult it is to use Word Flow, or rearrange the Start layout.
That's not it, its sensitivity is off. You have to press down enough on the screen to get feedback. Swiping the Start screen often leads to accidentally opening an app due to its issues.

I am a touch screen user for a long time now. There's no option here to calibrate the touch screen. typo error has been moderate.
This device lags most of the time.
Internet connection turns on and off. And I am using a 15months 4G internet sim. Network is so poor.
This is a call function device, however using facebook messenger, it doesn't give the call option.
Microsoft, I am really not impressed. There so many things that needs improvement.
By the way, I am a certified cellphone techinician for 10 years now, this is not what i expected from microsoft.
I wish I can get my money back.
