I am using Lumia 535 dual from last few months and I am totally satisfied with Microsoft Lumia phone. And I am not found any issue with my phone, it's totally superb performance and battery backup also superb for daily mobile internet usage. Microsoft good work.

i have problem in my sim card reading it might be a pin damage in sim 2. what is the cost to repair this.

Wh... moreWhen you use your mobile while charging the screen touch will not work properly, go to settings & check if mobile data / Bluetooth / internet sharing / wifi is on if any of this is on then it will be scanning & consume more battery turn off every thing & charge it will be charged in 2 hours, always use automatic brightness. it depends on the sim which u use if the network is not proper it will consume more battery

I bought a new Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual SIM from amazon. While charging my mobile the touch is not working properly. I use the internet most of the time, so it takes 6 hours to charge the mobile( dont know exactly) .I cant use this mobile properly in 6 hours daily due to this issue.My friends also bought the same mobile from amazon,they have no problem with this mobile while charging, its not their problems,its microsoft's problem itself. I reported microsoft customer service centre in trivandrum,kerala,india. They are also worst authorized service centre (mobility solutions) . I mailed microsoft official technical and support team ,they replied and my complaint is now forwarded to technical team. Please people dont take this phone. Microsoft is also cheating people. NO full hd (1080p) videos are playable in this mobile, some of the important app like vlc player,mx player crushes instanly, worst apps compared to android ,No 4G, But camera and processor good.Its an android world . Go for android. most apps crushes quickly, very few interesting games compared to android.

Really very worst phone I ever used that was my mistake that I am choosen a windows phone. Touch sucks irritating very much. I will never buy a windows phone.

It is very worst experience i have faced with microsoft. Very poor service i have seen in my life. where i have logged a complaint through mail on Aug' 26th -2015 and submit the phone more than 6-7 times to service center for Touch issue. And now till to date 02-02-2016 i am not having proper update from microsoft. I have called on this number (08030303838) more than 50 times in one month but still no proper response. i have clearly told that i need a replacement against this phone, but microsoft team is simply saying that we are awaiting for part from 16th of dec.

i have upgrade my 535 lumia.. and it's awesome.. the battry can hold more longer then before (win8.1), the system perfectly function.. but still has an issue with touchscreen,, it's make me to change with another device soon.. i have take a look an Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) win10... the size same as ipad mini (8 inch).. i'm gonna use it for a game first, to see wheaten it is smooth like 535 lumia..

its brightnes is too high even in low setting,
brightness control is not working linerly.
