Hello Admin, I have been using the Lumia 535 Dual SIM device for quite some time now but the last four months of using this device has been a terrible experience. SIM Slot-2 does not recognize any SIM leaving only just SIM Slot-1 available. WhatsApp stopped working and every time I want to update the device via WIFI or 3.75G mobile internet connectivity, I get this error message in quote "Your phone seems to be having trouble connecting to a network. (801882cb)". I need your urgent assistance in correcting these problems.

Hi, Every mobile phone having updating issues whether Android or windows phone. If properly update phone through Wi-Fi connection then realize every issue will solve. Thanks to Microsoft that they are given facility to fully updation through Wi-Fi without going anywhere like service station. Microsoft provides updation of open source to every windows phone from anywhere you are. Thanks Microsoft.

Hi, I am using Microsoft Lumia 535 dual from last 10 months. I am totally satisfied with this phone, actually it's superb phone in every manner. Battery backup superb for daily usage with amazing fast speed as compare to Android phone. I have experienced about internet browsing speed. And phone is sturdy plus stylish nothing any problem of hanging or anything. Camera, music, touch every thing is superb. Two times accidentally felt it. But not a single issue. Hat's off Microsoft. Thanks a lot for total satisfaction of money and feels great with stylish phone.

i selected a narrator option in my phone and since then am unable to remove it, its giving me lot of complications while operating the phone.please assist

Good Phone and can buy without the hear in hanging...One problem is of the Touch,it will be resolved when you update the phone.. Compared to other phones in the same price like Samsung, Asus ,Redme and other phones Lumia is much better..If one is new to smart phone Lumia 535 is the best choice..

Can we update mobile software over mobile data in windows 10 mobile I know that large files are download over mobile data in windows 10 but can it work Same for software update because I don't have Wi-Fi connection and it is a big problem in windows phone 8.1 And one more thing where the hell is final windows 10 mobile Please answer me quickly
