Send your device to the nearest Nokia Care center! and they will fix it !
I had a terrible touch issue but they totally fixed it and it's now very amazing!

i cant zoom in camera and somtimes working progrms close itself suddenly and some touch issues especialy when i use password to lock the phone

Hi..I am using Microsoft Lumia 535 since January,2015, I want to say its very good phone at this price range. It never hangs and its Denim update works really great. Its having 5mp front and 5mp back camera which both have superb quality..It has got WhatsApp calling update and now most probably in July,2015 8.1 will get windows 10 update and it will be available to all windows 8.1 users...so guys and girls just go for it without any hesitation...

535 dual sim has poor rear camera,it's take pics like 3.2mp,bt frnt camera is awesome.battery back up is vry poor,charge drain also in standby mode.it gives only 4-5 hrs of battery back up during net surfing & in normal use it gives 8-9 hrs,which is vry vry poor,don't buy this,go for 640 xl great WP which comes with 3000mah battery,u can enjoy all day with ur fav. Stuffs

awez, 26 Jun 2015Please solve me touch issue and battery heat issue Try this trick for Microsoft Lumia 535. Disable Automatic Brightness and set on low. Disable dark theme and use light theme. After a day you realize that touch screen issue and battery heat issue at internet browsing will already solve. I have same issue at the time of start to use same handset, after used above tricks solve all issues. Thanks to Microsoft, this Lumia 535 is awesome handset.
