Hi. This is a customer compliant. I recently purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 phone on 29/03/2015. Both the primary and secondary cameras were working fine for two days. Then on 02/04/2015 the primary and secondary cameras stopped working. the apps just wont open. I tried switching off the phone, then restarting it. finally i used the factory reset option and the cameras were working. Again on 06/04/2015 both the cameras stopped working. Yet the problem persisisted. I gave my phone in Nokia Care Centre Nal Stop, Pune, Maharashtra, India-411052 on 08/04/2015.[Job sheet number 15504867/150408/006]. They said they will update the device software. My phone already had the latest Lumia Denim software on it. Yet they insisted its a software issue and needs upgradation. I was even charged for it. After the so called software upgradation the problem still persisted. The technician said the cameras were not working because of my SD card!!!. Like a fool I formatted my SD(even though my anti virus said no threats found). After trying to open the camera apps with and then without the formatted SD card, the technicians there said its a software problem again!! They said they will keep the phone for another day. Its been two days now.Today when I called up I was informed they will keep the phone for another two days. If still the issue is not solved then they will give it to Nokia head centre.!!! If Microsoft's software downloaded from the parent site doesn't work, the so called lumia denim update done by the Nokia Care staff does not work... I wonder what will??? Plus there was another Lumia 535 lying with that Nokia Care Centre with the same problem of cameras not working. I dont think this is a software problem. Microsoft should replace my phone. I have barely used it for 10 days, out of which three days were spent in setting and resetting it up. P.S - I have not received a spare handset from the Nokia care centre. And now I have been told to wait for another two days. classic example of taking customers for a ride.

Guys have been using the Mobile Phone since the last week.
No errore encountered till Date.
Camera - Awesome.
Body - Great.
Battery - Great.
Touch is also as it should Be In A Smart fone.
Speakers - Great.
Performance - 9/10.
All Other Things Working Fine.
Had bought This Fone After Reading More Than
75-80 User Reviews On GSMArena.
I feel its the best Budget Windows Mobile Phone.
If you are now looking to buy this Phone i would rather suggest to wait for some more time & get the Microsoft 640.

its the worst screen touch i have ever used ..
i type q it types iiiiiiii on its own ..
freezes a lot ..

Best phone I have ever had in such a low price. Only problem is there are less app and gets heat if we use phone while charging. Using since two month. Best option as it never hangs.

when is whatsaap callapp coming to windows stores...?
if microsoft is going to continue like dis it will be difficult to compete with the adroid community...like seriuosly!!!!!!

dont buy this phone.. thre eare many network bugs and software bugs have this phone... this phone isnt user friendly.so do not waste your money

very very good phone.in the new version there is no touch issue.superb rear and selfie camera.screen look shining.there are no complaints in lumia phone(i asked to all service shop in my city.)no hanging.no heating.
super music sound and quality.fast gaming tooo.100/100
