Take out the back cover
take out your battery
Take out your sim
put it back again followed by your battery and cover.
switch on your phone.
if it doesn't work .
you will have to hard reset it.
If that doesn't solve your problem
Take it back for repairs.

I like my Lumia .. Working very well for more than a year now. But I am having issues like it's battery.. And also my phone is not vibrating for quite a while now. Moreover, it also has lost sound almost a week ago .. Can it be repaired?

You do realize you're running an inside preview build of the Redstone threshold 2 of windows 10 which is a beta build thus of course will be buggy...

Thumbs up for Microsoft, selfie is superb, no lags even after upgrading to windows 10 build 10.0.14905
On the other side, we're getting trouble with the back camera - not as clear as the selfie + we can't zoom.
Again am having trouble trying to run android apps - I keep getting error code 14 when trying to pair my device.
I'll b glad on getting a reply. Thank you

Media files are getting stop when i plug the headphones. I have Nokia WH-208, there is no problem with headphone because it play normaly to other phones, please hepl me out if anyone knows solution for this.

This phone can't deduct call waiting of we are calling phone & it cant zoom photos before capture.
cant log with statistical wi-fi

I have been using lumia 535 for over one year now,from the beginning I have been having challenge with the phone it does not recognize 2sim at once later it started to work but for the past one month it has failed to see the two sims at the same time.
I need help or I throw the fone away

Great phone, the only issue is the software which can be easily updated, Thanks to the windows desktop application "Windows Device Recovery Tool" by Microsoft.

I bought this phone when it was first launched in the Philippines, I was having problem at first like auto shutdown until I updated the phone (though the warranty ended), and up until now it works like how I wanted it to be. It automatically scan for viruses when detected even if I don't have an installed antivirus. Phone works well and I like everything about it except for some spots and games. Most downloaded Android and ios games are not available for Windows phone.

microsoft lumia 535 is very bad.we cannot download any app whose size is more than 25 mb via mobile internet.my lumia screen got cracked while carrying in pocket.the company does not provide any warraunty for crack in screen.
