Got a brand new one couple of weeks back. On the 2nd day got the 1st issue.
1. No voice(speaker or headset) when calling. Did a factory reset, worked for a day and again the same issue.
2. Suddenly some data(all the mp3 and videos) from the microsd was not recognized. Video clips recorded from the phone also not recognized.
And I did an internet search and there are threads created by other people regarding theses issues too. Really love Lumia but they keep letting down the users.

Most regrettable, 640 could not receive first update to 10, and launched 650 with minor upgrades and no XL version nor dual sim. MS gone nuts with a lowest Soc 215. No need just wait for Nokia to comeback by 3rd qtr and see who dam care.

which can be operated in Greece (providers: Cosmote, Wind, Vodafone) and in the USA (providers: AT & T, Verizon)

i recently bought Microsoft 640 xl lte . yes it is best phone . but reliance jio sim is supporting only data not voice call with this phone ..that is it....overall operation is good.

Got one like this after my Sony z3 compact cracked in accident (RIP dear, you were not the best, but one of them), so what can I say? Now I understand why Microsoft phones market share are so small, it's terrible, it's awful, guys do you really think there that this peace of cheap plastic and useless software in it can satisfy anyone???

johnnywalker, 12 Aug 2015SAR ? ? ?Lumia 640 lte is not available in india and many service center and stores have been closed by microsoft in india.so you can face service problem and the no.1sold model lumia520 has been facing many kind of problems in india just after 2years so life of lumias is not good as past nokia's sets.it is very sad that microsoft lumia 640 which gave some fight to bunch of androids is not available freely in a fixed price and there is recently service is not available for problems of past purchased lumias.so problems are for both sides and don't have a lollypop of windows10,because it is for behind to android5.1to 6 in multitasking.there are only average performer lumias are available in market freely like 535,540and 640xl but not 640lte and 640dual sim.In my opinion microsoft never would be in top three in future.so friends don't go for lumias...they are costly and their good models are not available in india and now there is service problem also.thanks to read it

There is also a slot for additional micro SD card?
