is this phone with feature static ip in wifi ? many lumia like lumia 620 with latest update also not having this. so i am not getting wifi in my office as it allows every mac address with a different ip. please anyone using check and mention

If it is going to be using the same camera, why bother to have a 640? You should be happy that the internal hardware are identical. Snap 400 is not a bad thing for Windows Phone. A very old 1020 running Snap S4 is still performing good. Snap 400 will be snappy enough for the OS and its apps. Furthermore, it is already equipped with 1GB ram - no need to wait for 512MB supported games anymore with this phone.
