Alam, 12 Jun 2015price is not acceptable..................No acceptable??!!;; pls don't compare this phone with cheap Chinese phones.. They nvr use Zeiss optics cam and Qualcomm snapdragon chipset is same device bcose it wil increases the price..
But 640xl has 13mp Zeiss option cam n 5mp frnd cam with 4g n a big monster battery..

This phone is available in India, I purchased it on 7th June,
Each OS has its own features,
Ppl using Android will not love going to IOS or Windows, Similarly vise versa.,
I was IOS user for 4+Years and switched to Windows now, its new but I am learning to use, once you start understanding the OS it will interesting. Neva complain about OS, Android, IOS or windows are best in their own ways, if you have to comment then yes lets talk about Hardware. Microsoft, hardwise/heating wise there are no issues , So my opinion would be go for 640 XL
