Qualcomm snapdragon chipset and adreno are best suited processor and gpu for smartphones...

It is enough to store Contacts, Messages and most of what a basic User wishes to do. if you are the sort of User who wants to store endless stupid selfies on their phone then either get another phone or perhaps you can add a 128gb SD Card and then will have more than enough storage space.
Next in terms of performance 1GB Ram is enough. the fact that some Android phones have 2GB or 3GB is just overkill and more than needed.
You then say that 720p is not enough, it is enough because again not all Users wish to shoot in HD just as very few people want 4k or even 5k Displays for their computers.
As far as a phone goes that supports 2 Sim Cards and both can be 3g at same time along with the ability to receive calls on both sims at same time it is pretty good and a decent phone.
If you want a high end all singing and dancing phone just to impress others with then look elsewhere.
