please i have a bad batery and i live in Cameroon i search for it but couldnt fine. pls do you people have a point of sales here in cameroon if so i will be very greatful if you help me with the address and if not how can i get the batery. i urgently need it because without my phone im disconnected

Yes i got this phone and i can not change my external display or my ring tone for mms,i did look i to the manual but the menu is diferent(my phone menu) can anyone say why?
