I have the Mitsubishi M350. i am satisfied with its performance. but it should be the softwares supprted........ Plz tell me how i got the its external body as mine got too much scratches.......i want to replace it.... i also need its data cable plz tell me....

I have M350 just one month. But I face a problem regarding battery. I charge the full battery at morning but at evening its shows the minimum (1 or 2 bar). But I not operate it frequently.

to Kuldeep: if your PC/laptop has IRDA infrared port (or you add a IRDA PC-card), then you can freely transfer any files to/fro M350. WinXP will autodetect a M350 device. Read the M350 manual for more info.

M350 has excellent voice clarity. For those who wrote to say they cannot hear clearly the voice from M350, it is because they have placed the set too high above their ear canal hole. Look at M350 picture, you can see that the ear speaker is located very near the top edge. But for most users out of habit they usually hold the set imagining the ear speaker is about half inch from the top edge, resulting in poor directing of sound into their ear canal. Hence to hear clearly, relax your hand and hold M350 a little lower to align the ear speaker next to your ear canal opening. Voila! Perfect clarity even in noisy place.

I requested to upgrade my software to the version displayed in Mitsu SG website. But they told me that mine is higher then Mitsu SG! I bought mine in Sept. 2004.
