I got this phone like 2 weeks ago and it works fine for me . Well Regarding the problems you guys mentioned ... yes I had those problems too ... Anyway it's pretty simple once you know how to fix it .
About the sound quality ?
* Notice the Speaker is at the back of the phone ? cover it with your finger while you talk =) ( See physics on sound waves )
About the GPRS ?
* notice the setting menu > connection manager > connection profiles .. all you have to do it simple ... go to your service provider and ask them for all the information . ask for the gateway IP , User id ,Password . Very wasy ! And if u have trouble with it ... just fix it manually ( Most common is the URL problem ) but you'll get the hang of it ... as long as you can send MMS and recieve it ! hehe
Web browsing ? ( WAP / GPRS)
* well HP isn't the best way to surf the internet ! it's slow and it cost alot ! There is always a computer =)
Downloading and uploading files/games ?
* Infrared port .... why do you think it's there ? you can use a laptop / computer / another hp with an infraport ..link it together and MAKE SURE the handphones Infraport is turned on . Otherwise .. you'll never get it through ! hehe ...
Photo clearity ?
* huh ?! it's considered GOOD for mobile phones ... if you want any better go get a 4 mega pixel DigiCam ! Anyway depends on how you take the pic and how you set the exposure ..

in the end .. it's a very good phone to use ... and it's cheap not because it's lousy or anything it's because it just require alittle bit more .. "touching" from the owner . * YOU ! hahaha ( manual settings)

    I would like to using gprs,wap and send mms,
    but i don't know how to setting my phone.
    Can somebody tell me the phone setting.
    one more question, how to send my phone pics
    to computer if using infarad.

      This phone is very nice. Colours seems to be looking good. Shape is also very descent. Camera also looking nice. Features? I cant tell unless check it. Ok.Little about this phone is that it's very smart.(^-^)

        M350 selling RM680/- at Butterworth Carrefour. T-Choice's set (Not AP). Just got myself a unit yesterday. Anybody know where i can find the interface cable in Penang??

          anything about video function?...playbak maybe??
          also...is there anyway to remove click sound in camera mode?...
          can send java games via infrared?

            hey peeps i just got this m350 from mit the point is speaker is pretty bad rest is cool and for the price it just kills every other fone

              The speaker is fine if you are in a room or an enclosed small area. It is when you are out in the open like at the mall or at the street that you can hardly hear the other end. Can someone confirm this. Thanks.

                phone is feature-packed. really nice camera. no problem with speaker, very clear.

                  Agree with ghost. I don't have any problems with speaker clarity. It's fine on my M350.

                    how cum most ppl encounter the clarity of the mobile?s4mysef, i dun hv any problem w/d phone clarity@all..i tink its kinda loud though cz i hv used SE&nokia phones b4..its kinda weird

                      the phone's speaker is not reliable. i hardly can't hear anything when i receive a call in a crowded enviroment like mall although the gsm signal is very good in that place. does anyone have the same issue?

                        Tested the phone on voice reception quality and sadly it was bad.Overall the whole package whcih is wonderful is let down by this one feature.

                          Uuuuu hhhh hey people before u buy a phone make sure u get someones view u can trust This phone along with the otherts impressive designs well mostly copies of samsung and nokia . Mitsubishis again stick to cars remeber ohh i forgot u people are broke now odnt worry some charity fund migjht help u !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck wiht ur next phone be unique for once please

                            harry,i found out wt wz d prob wif d setting a few days bek. i din "on" the "use SAR" since i bought tis mobile. no wonder i cldnt d/l anyting at all. now dat i hv "on" it..its downloadable. mayb u cn try on tis n c weder it works4ur mobile.

                                Just bought a USB IrDA Adaptor. Namely Mobile Action MA-620 USB Infrared Adapter.
                                However i find difficulties in sending and receiving from my M350. My PC is Win 2000.

                                Anyone can help?

                                  Hi Jae,pls trust me the clarity of the phone is quite bad comparing to other's brand.Have check with my local service centre they said can upgrade the software but every thing inside will be erase so till now haven't do yet.

                                      i got same problem with Mr. Ghost. i can't download any Java Soft. MMS, GPRS. the provider said that someting must changge in your mitsubishi GPRS setting ? WHAT IT IS ?? Any PPL Can Help? Mail me please

                                        juz bought M350 a few weeks bek.evlitin is ok xcept d wap/gprs or wtever u call it..i was using SE previously n there wz tis website i alwiz go2 2d/l wallpapers/mms, i even upload my bf's pic in2tis website so wen i go to tis site using my hp, i can d/l the pic.
                                        but now dat i hv changed 2 M350, it alwiz says connection error/page kenot b displayed wen i try2d/l. is there a problem wit my wap/gprs settings? any1 hv similar problem on M350?
