nnsnsn, 10 Oct 2008i'm using this phone for a while now ,, & i think its a bad... moreI have had this A1000 phone PDA for well over 3 years, I have found ways round problems, with the help of services. I is a business phone, not a toy. Like most other's, that are available on the high street.
It could take best part of half a year to know how it works, as many apps are available for this phone PDA.
I also have a Sony Ericsson P910i, that runs on the same operating system.

i'm using this phone for a while now ,, & i think its a bad phone ,,, its doesnt have a good cam ,,, no wirless connection , & in addition to all this its slow in loading pictures ....
the phone is not even worthy of being bought ... :(

I have it.But the blue tooth isn't working.
I couldn't install its software to my
PC too.I'm really hopeless.Send me favorable reply.

Would you please assist anyone,i was given the phone by a friend but seems to have a problem.it says low on mem but you cant access anything or delete.if you know how i could sort it out plse help,am in kenya.

Well, l have been using motorola A1000 since 2006 and is a unique and a slendid phone which every would like to use because of its unique functions and style. But then, this phone has two lines but one sim socket. So, can motorola or anybody explain how the two sims [linel] works. My email address is yinkuspell@yahoo.co.uk

2 change ur msg ringing tone
1.go to control panel,
2. general,
3.ringtune manager
4.go to install
5.select the tone that required
6.& than get back to message account,
7.go to edit in message,
8.& preferences
9.select the tone that u have down loaded.
finish....

My motorola A1000 doesn't boot. it restart again & again. gives a message as "not found."
I think it need to be reinstalled. Please help me regarding this issue

my problem with my motorola phone,is i did'nt know how to change the message alert tone and when i charge it,it automatic turns off.

I've had a Motorol A1000 for just over 2 years. Overall I'm pleased with it. However, I've lost my CD that came with it - can I get another one or download the software from the net? I've already replaced the battery but still discharges very fast 2 -3 hours. Also keeps shutting down and reboots asking what language I want to use, once I ticked the wrong box(for chinese) and the whole thing turned into chines characters - it was a nightmare - only with the help of an amateur computer geek we managed to get it back to english. I've mostly used it as a phone, only recently to check my emails. How does one use the other functions ie powerpoint. any help much appreciated

My Motorola A1000 is not boot up properly. When I switch on , it will display "Motorola 3G" screen in stucked mode.
Is this a problem in s/w or hardware.Please help me

All of sudden it is not switching on, I mean it starts and shows the Motorola 3G screen and then goes blank and LED lights (Red) starts blinking, it does display key pad, desktop, etc. But whenever I get a call, it shows that as Incoming call and I could answer the calls without any problem. Looks like software (symbian OS) problem.
